During our recent family vacation at Mulk, we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and family-friendly amenities. The location is ideally situated near Saalbach's stunning 270 km of ski slopes, which kept our daughter entertained and active. The convenient access to 70 modern ski lifts made our outings effortless and enjoyable. Though we encountered some challenges with the staff's communication and food service that impacted our overall experience, we found the environment conducive to family bonding. The breakfast buffet provided a hearty start to our day, and the dinner options were varied enough to cater to different dietary preferences, including vegetarian dishes. A highlight for us was the spa area, which was a welcome retreat after long days on the slopes. The saunas were well-maintained and the relaxation area offered a calming escape, helping us recharge for another active day. The staff's warm demeanor enhanced our stay; they provided toys for our daughter during mealtimes, ensuring she felt engaged. While there were areas to improve, particularly in service consistency, Mulk offered a comfortable base for our family's adventures in the Alps.
